55 year old woman presented to OPD with chief complaint of left eye blurred vision with itchiness from 4days

Chief complaint
55year old female patient presented to OPD with the chief complaints of blurred vision with itching of left eye, from past 4 days
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:
The patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 years back then she developed blurred vision .
Initially it was normal then she developed dov in the left eye
It was small at first but increased later
PAST HISTORY:The patient had undergone cataract to the right eye 2yrs back
She is also a know case of diabetes since 5 years and is on medication.
She also has bronchial asthama since 20 years and is on medication
No history of hypertension,tuberculosis
No history of epilepsy
No history of CAD
PERSONAL HISTORY:
appetite : normal.
Diet : mixed.
Bowels : irregular
Micturition : normal
FAMILY HISTORY:
no relevant family history is seen.
TREATMENT HISTORY:
She is on medication for diabetes for 5 years
And on medication for asthama for 20 years
GENERAL EXAMINATION:
The patient was coherent, conscious, cooperative, well orientation to time , place and person.
No icterus
No pallor
No cyanosis
No lymphadenopathy
No clubbing
No edema .
VITALS:
Temperature : afebrile
BP : 170/120mmhg
Pulse: 90bpm
Respiration :18cpm
SPO2 at room 98%
